The food very very bad experience we ordered crispy corn crunchy & mutton deep fry but food came as gravy we return and spoke to chef and explained him what we want and the dishes we ordered is universal we did not ordered customized even though second time preparation of mutton was pathatic & the way chef response and his attitude was worst. any how not spoil our mood we got food parcel from outside and enjoyed the stay. last year and from past year in room dinning food was good but not sure what happen this time food was worst and chef is from kholapur even though he is failed to prepare mutton and other stuff. "We stayed 2 days alternate dates" the feed back is from good intentions not to blame or complain . any how good luck for your in room dinning food preparations.

Commitments made @ bookings.com (e.g., free dinner & breakfast ) we're not followed. Our guests were asked to pay dinner bill. After complaints, they offered dinner on the next day. If the offers are conditional you should make it clear at the time of booking only. Thanks.

The location is on the outskirts of the city and pretty peaceful. The building is new and the rooms are decent sized with a good layout of the bathroom. While the buffet spread at the restaurant is limited to extremely hot/spicy and a local type of cuisine, the chef and the staff are eager to please with a customized menu if ordered in advance. Hands down, the restaurant and its staff are the winners on this property --courteous, cordial and eager to please.

The check-in process terrible. I'd never recommend this property to a foreign traveler and I would never visit it again either. EVERY FOREIGN TRAVELER NEEDS A PASSPORT + A VALID VISA (Or OCI card) in short a GOVERNMENT DOCUMENT ISSUED BY GOIVT OF INDIA, no matter what your ethnicity is. We checked in at around 2 p.m. and had traveled from Pune for 6 hours to get here. Our group had 5 seniors, all over 75 years in age and us (my husband, I and our 11-year-old kid). The lady and a gentleman at the front desk, who tried to check us in behaved more like the police or prison officers rather than personnel in the hospitality industry. Right off the bat, they started rudely "demanding" our passport and OCI cards--our California driver's license was not enough. They needed proof that we were "rightfully in India." This despite the fact that all 5 seniors in our group had the Indian Government issued Adhar Cards. We looked Indian and spoke in Marathi. Unfortunately with the fear-mongering, everything about India begins with the claim that an outsider is a terrorist first--guilty until you prove yourself innocent. In any case, I told the hotel owner (he claimed to be the owner) that the hotel needs to clearly state the policy and requirements in their confirmation e-mail as soon as the patrons book a room. This clear communication is the responsibility of the hotel as well as the Government of India. We as outsiders are not aware of the changes that happen within the land. Most countries that we have traveled to have asked for official documents only from one person per room and not all travelers but according to Balaji Sarovar owner papers are required from all family members. Points down for Balaji Sarovar for not communicating this in advance. No one who steps into India carries passports + OCI cards with them for the fear of those things being stolen. If Xerox copies are okay, then we should know that in advance.

Mr. RAHIM at the Court Yard restaurant was helpful and exceptional.

1. There was a tour group moving late at night and the baggage trolleys woke us up with the noise . Hotel should consider rubberising the steel frame ends which bang against floor. 2. We changed our room the next day and took a room far away from the elevator area.
